Tournament will be held Monday,
June 29, 2009 at the Niagara Falls Country Club.
Starting times, set by the Tournament Committee, will be
available on www.portercup.com or by calling the NFCC Pro Shop at (716) 285-1331 after 10:00AM
on Friday, June 26, 2009. The rain date for the Qualifier will be Tuesday, June 30,
2009. The Qualifier is open to the
first 96 applicants with a
verified USGA handicap of 3 or less.
You must submit handicap verification with this
application along with the name and telephone number of your golf
professional. Applications
sent without handicap verification will be rejected without notice. The format of the Qualifier will
be 18 holes stroke play. The
low 6 scores will be extended an invitation to play in the Porter Cup,
July 21-25, 2009. Ties will
be broken through a hole-by-hole playoff. Entry Fee: $150.00 (US Funds) Entry fee includes one practice round prior to June 28, 2009 to be arranged with the NFCC Pro Shop in advance. Call (716) 285-1331. A buffet lunch, for players
only, also is included from11:30AM to 4:00PM. Soft
Spikes are required for all course play.
Penalty for breach of this condition will be disqualification Caddie
