2008 Senior Porter Cup Championship
We
look forward to your visit to Niagara Falls Country Club this
September for the Sr. Porter Cup. We have 100 players (66 Seniors
and 34 Super Seniors) from the USA, Canada, Great Britain, and
Panama with 14 former Sr. Porter Champions returning.
We

Registration
- Tuesday, 9/2/08 - 10:00am – 5:00pm
Practice Round
- Monday, 9/1/08, in the afternoon & Tuesday, 9/2/08, all day – call
the Pro Shop at 716.285.1331 for a tee time. Wives can play for a
special fee of $25 plus cart. Wives are invited to a Wine and
Cheese Reception on Tuesday, 9/2/08 from 4:00pm – 5:30pm at the home
of Connie Silver, 727 Mountain View Drive (just down the street from
the club). Dress is casual.
Round 1
- Wednesday, 9/3/08 - 8:00am – 1:00pm

Players Dinner (wives included) – 6:30pm with a brief program to
follow (cocktails by signature). Dress is casual.
Round 2
- Thursday, 9/4/08 – 8:00am – 1:00pm

Gala Reception – 5:30pm – 9:00pm at the home of Russ Conrad, 4613
Lower River Road, Lewiston, New York. This is a spectacular setting
overlooking the Niagara River just outside of the Village of
Lewiston. Dress is casual.

- Friday, 9/5/08 – Shotgun Start at 8:30am

Traffic on the 190 North
– if you are driving to the Club on Labor Day, Monday, 9/1/08, in
the afternoon or later, take Exit 24 (Witmer Road). Go right
approximately ½ mile and turn left at the light on to Military Road
(RT 265). Follow this until it ends and turn right onto RT 104 for
200 yards and then another right into the Club. This could save you
1-2 hours of time if you get caught in the Holiday traffic between
Exits 24 and 25 before the bridge to Canada. Directions to the Club
